IPHAB-XV Fifteenth Session of the IOC Intergovernmental Panel on Harmful Algal Blooms 23 - 25 March 2021, Paris, France

The Panel was established by IOC Assembly Resolution XVI-4 in March 1991. At its Thirtieth Session in June 2019, the IOC Assembly decided to convene a fifteenth session of the IPHAB in order to maintain and accelerate momentum in the development and implementation of the Harmful Algal Bloom Programme
